By using Ask Bloop you agree to these terms. They’re intentionally short.

The service

Ask Bloop generates personalized suggestions for gifts, dates, and activities using AI. Suggestions are creative ideas, not professional advice. Always confirm details (price, availability, dietary needs, allergies, etc.) with the actual vendor before purchasing or booking.

Your account

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ask Bloop.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Ask Bloop to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Don’t attempt to bypass our security, scrape the service, or abuse the AI features.
• Don’t submit content that infringes others’ rights or is illegal where you live.

AI output

AI-generated suggestions may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. Treat them as a starting point and use your judgment.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll notify registered users by email of significant changes.
